View unique users per platform in Accedo One Insights

How many unique users do you have on each platform during any given timeframe? On the overview page for Accedo One Insights, you have already been able to view platform distribution since the Insights tool was launched. 

We have now expanded on this function, and are providing detailed insights for unique users per platform, device as well as app version.

How do I get to this information? 

In Accedo One Insights, click on the tab “Live app versions” to get to the detailed statistics. 

In the default (“All platforms”) view, we display each platform per device, along with app version and number of unique users for the selected time period (which you can amend in the timeframe selector on the righthand side of the page).

In the Search module, you can also select a specific platform and view the breakdown for that device.

Unless you have applied a forced update to ensure all users upgrade to a new app version, it is likely that some of your users will still be using older versions. This tool will enable you to view a full breakdown of version distribution.
